Committee Information
The Covenants Committee approves exterior modifications to homes in accordance with the South Riding Declaration, regulates external design, signage, appearance, use, and upkeep of properties in South Riding.
Meetings
The Committee meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. There is a special meeting schedule during the winter months (November through February). Please contact Town Hall for winter meeting times. Applications for Exterior Modification must be received at Town Hall by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the Covenants Wednesday meetings.
Please note all Decision Letters will be mailed following the committee meetings unless otherwise requested to pick up at Town Hall. We reget we are unable to provide verbal information over the phone.
